1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player," "User," or "you") and gg369 (the "Company," "Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the gg369 online gaming platform, including all games, services, features, and content available through https://gg369.cam (the "Website" or "Platform").

3. Eligibility Requirements

To create an account and use the gg369 Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

You must be at least 21 years of age. gg369 operates a strict age verification policy. We reserve the right to request proof of age documentation at any time. Accounts created by individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, and all funds will be forfeited without exception.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

You must be a resident of Indonesia at the time of registration and during your use of the Platform. Our services are specifically designed for the Indonesian market, supporting Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and local payment methods including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

3.3 Legal Capacity

You must possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indonesian law. You represent that you are not legally prohibited from gambling under any applicable jurisdiction where you reside or access the Platform.

3.4 Personal Use Only

You may open and maintain only one Account. Accounts are for personal use only and may not be used for professional, commercial, or business purposes. Creating multiple accounts (duplicate accounts) is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process

To create an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name (as it appears on your Indonesian KTP or passport), date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

4.2 Account Credentials

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. You agree to immediately notify gg369 if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

4.3 KYC Verification

gg369 may require you to complete KYC verification before processing withdrawals. You may be asked to provide copies of your Indonesian KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk), passport, driver's license, utility bill, or bank statement. Failure to provide requested documentation within 30 days may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.

4.4 Account Suspension and Closure

gg369 reserves the right to suspend or close your Account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the integrity of the Platform. You may voluntarily close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw all remaining funds within 90 days, after which unclaimed balances may be forfeited.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Methods

gg369 accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). The minimum deposit is Rp 50.000 per transaction. The maximum deposit varies by payment method and account status. Deposits are typically processed instantly during banking hours (07:00 - 22:00 WIB).

5.2 Deposit Sources

All deposits must originate from bank accounts or e-wallets registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (deposits from accounts not in your name) are strictly prohibited and will be returned to the source. gg369 does not accept cash deposits, money orders, or cryptocurrency deposits at this time.

5.3 Withdrawal Process

Withdrawals can be requested through your Account dashboard and are processed to the same bank account or e-wallet used for deposits. The minimum withdrawal is Rp 100.000. The maximum withdrawal is Rp 100.000.000 per transaction or Rp 500.000.000 per month, subject to adjustment based on account status. Withdrawals are typically processed within 5 minutes during banking hours, though KYC verification or additional security checks may extend processing time to 24-72 hours.

5.4 Withdrawal Restrictions

You must wager your deposit at least one (1) time before requesting a withdrawal. Bonus funds are subject to specific wagering requirements detailed in the applicable bonus terms. gg369 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing large withdrawals or if we suspect fraudulent activity.

5.5 Fees

gg369 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees, which are beyond our control.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

gg369 offers various bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback, free bets, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds requirements (for sports betting), game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. Bonus terms are displayed on the relevant promotion page and must be accepted before the bonus is credited to your Account.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount. For example, a Rp 100.000 bonus requires Rp 3.000.000 in total wagers before bonus funds and associated winnings can be withdrawn. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute 10-20%, and sports bets contribute based on odds and bet type.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, coordinated betting with other players to guarantee wins, or using betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms, is strictly prohibited. gg369 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close accounts engaged in bonus abuse.

6.4 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met. If you request a withdrawal before meeting wagering requirements, all bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited, and only your original deposit and winnings from non-bonus funds will be processed.

7. Betting Rules and Game Integrity

7.1 General Betting Rules

All bets are final once confirmed. gg369 is not responsible for incorrect bets placed due to user error, internet connection issues, or device malfunction. Bets placed on obvious errors in odds, game results, or technical glitches may be voided at gg369's discretion.

7.2 Sports Betting Rules

Sports bets are settled based on official results at the time the match concludes. For football (bandar bola) markets, settlement is based on 90 minutes of play plus injury time, unless otherwise specified (e.g., "To Qualify" markets include extra time and penalties). Mix parlay bets require all selections to win; if one selection loses, the entire parlay loses. Asian handicap (voor bola) bets follow standard Asian handicap settlement rules.

7.3 Casino Game Rules

All casino games operate using certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, follow standard casino procedures under supervision of professional dealers. Game rules are available within each game client. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are provided for informational purposes and reflect theoretical long-term averages, not guaranteed short-term results.

7.4 Malfunctions

In the event of game malfunction, software error, or incorrect game outcome display, all affected bets and game rounds will be voided, and stakes will be returned to player accounts. gg369 is not liable for losses resulting from technical failures beyond our control, including but not limited to internet outages, device failures, or third-party service interruptions.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breach of these Terms:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Using VPN, proxy, or other tools to mask your location
• Engaging in collusion, coordination, or syndicate betting with other players
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from the Platform
• Exploiting software bugs or technical errors for unfair advantage
• Depositing funds from sources other than your own bank account or e-wallet
• Money laundering or using gg369 to transfer funds between parties
• Providing false identification documents or impersonating another person
• Abusing customer support, harassing staff, or making fraudulent claims
• Attempting to defraud gg369 or other players

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, gg369 and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure arising from your use or inability to use the Platform.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of gg369 shall not exceed the amount of deposits you made to your Account in the three (3) months immediately preceding the claim.

gg369 is not responsible for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, network infrastructure failures, strikes, or shortages of transportation, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the gg369 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, software, and data compilations, is the property of gg369 or its content suppliers and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Platform without our prior written consent.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws applicable to the jurisdiction where gg369 is licensed. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations between you and gg369.

If negotiations do not resolve the dispute within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration authority. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
